The best way to include this wonderful thing in your diet is to take it as coriander seed drink. All you have to do is take one tablespoon of coriander seeds (dhania) and boil some water. Put the seeds in the boiling water and let it bubble for two minutes or so. Remove the water from the flame, use a strainer and remove the seeds, let it cool and your coriander drink is ready.



Apart from the benefits mentioned in the video, coriander seeds may help lower your blood sugar, fight infections, and promote heart, brain, skin, and digestive health.
