Whether you’re in your second trimester or third, this space is for you - to stretch, release, build strength, and feel more in control of your journey.
This is not just a yoga class. It’s a mix of prenatal-safe yoga, functional movements, stretches, breathing, and preparation exercises - all tailored for pregnancy.
And yes, it’s beginner-friendly, and guided with care.

We follow the S.O.U.L.™️ approach:

A simple and strong prenatal fitness model that includes:
Safety-first exercises that are tailored for your body
Opening movements to create more space for your baby
Uplifting breathwork to calm your system and prepare for labor
Labor-focused preparation to support your journey toward a positive birth

This program is meant for those with low-risk pregnancies. Kindly get your doctor’s approval before joining. Your safety and your baby’s is our first priority. 
Once your doctor gives you a go, we’ll take care of the rest, with a routine that’s built just for you and your baby.

Postpartum Recovery & Fitness Program

Whether you gave birth recently or some time ago, this space is created to help you ease back into your body, your strength, and your self -at your own pace, with support. The approach is holistic, addressing your recovery from every angle: strengthening the body through physiotherapy and fitness, restoring emotional balance through dedicated mental wellness sessions, and supporting internal healing with expert-led postpartum nutrition. Because postpartum well-being isn’t one-dimensional, it’s a full-circle journey.

A Healthy pregnancy is closely related to the couple’s health before conception. A good Pre conception care has a positive impact on the health of the baby. It also prevents certain birth defects that occur during first 28 days of conception that is even before a woman knows she’s pregnant. So it is important to provide proper preconception care to the couple.
Our preconception classes teaches things that you and your partner can do before and between pregnancies to improve your health,enhance your fertility and increase the chances of having a healthy baby.
